Home Staging Consultation Report
Drawing on my 20 years of design and display experience, I will tour your home and property, and prepare a comprehensive report detailing the suggested improvements, modifications and upgrades to create the ideal staged house. After reviewing it with the homeowner, a time frame is set for the work to be completed by the client.
Consultations start at $250.00
After an initial tour of the home and property, I will prepare a complimentary bid for my services to professionally prepare the home for sale.
Using a proven set of home staging guidelines and fresh eyes, I will rearrange existing furniture, remove clutter, and add accessories to highlight the features of the house in an effort to maximize light and space which is known to be appealing to buyers.
Services will include: decluttering, furniture arranging, window treatments, accessorizing, hanging artwork, paint color recommendations and shopping if needed. Photographs of your staged property are posted on the StagedHomes.com website as a Staged Property for Sale.
Statistics show that a furnished home sells faster than a vacant one.
Rental furniture and accessories are selected and delivered to the house. An appealing environment is created so buyers can accurately visualize how a room’s dimensions work with furniture and see
an inviting environment instead of empty space. Complimentary bids upon request.
Photo Styling 1 -1/2 hours $125.00
Your photographs bring potential buyers to come and tour the house. It is important the photos look good.
Give your marketing material a step up by having an extra set of eyes and hands working with you to ensure your photos are clutterfree and staged to represent the property at its best.
When the client doesn’t have the budget for staging, this is your opportunity to get staged photos!
